DeleteDon't you just love tomato preserving time? Just put up 14 x #31 jars and I have 2x pint bottle of spicy and 7x kid friendly plus 3x #20's of tomato sauce (ketchup) I finished last night. Tomato bottling time is my favourite time of the year I think. The heat of summer is coming to a close and the quintessential summer fruit (veggie ;) ) is shining like a sunset in jars. Busy times but oh so rewarding. :)
