Kaleidoscope of Colours

The dresser has been changed....

Cornish blue....

Soft pastels....

Bright yellow....

Pastel pink and heart-warming orange....

Solids, stripes and florals.....

It's fun, happy and welcoming for Easter family celebrations to come.

The sideboard too.....

We'll look back in years to come and laugh about the year that we mixed orange and pink....

Just waiting for the Easter Bunny....

Inspired by these happy Asters, old fashioned pink papery Statice and delicate perennial favourite, Baby's Breathe.

  6. Oh it's so pretty!! Lovely choices. Does the little statuette of Mary glow in the dark? I had one as a child that did and was about the same colour.

  8. Very pretty & Easter-like!! I am about to set up a set of drawers in our foyer, as we need a buffet but am loathe to spend hundreds of dollars (or more, if we buy a new one) at the moment. I'd love to have a dresser or buffet to keep my lovely treasures & linens in, and be able to display some of them, but I guess, that would be one more thing to dust! But worth it, for that moment of pleasure as you walk by it, or catch a glimpse of it...

  9. Hey Tanya, how much fun did you have arranging all your lovely plates?....

I spy some cute little mice and a sweet chooky egg up amongst all your lovely things.

Nice to be able to display special pieces and enjoy them.
