Venue (1) Found

I have found one venue to hold the "Living Better With Less" classes.
This one is at Perth at
Collette has very kindly supported the project and is very excited.
The great thing about this space is it's just the right size. It has a kitchen AND an organic garden with chicken!
What more could we want!
Collette and the Ut si ethos also aligns with the focus of the classes;
eating ethically, organically, locally and embracing community networks.
The classes will be held of a night time from 7-9pm on the last Thursday of the month from September through till April (excluding December).
Cost for the whole course will be $50 payable prior and is interchangeable between partners.
Email me to make bookings and more details.
Perhaps we could also persuade Collette to do a breadmaking class. Ut si bake their own bread in the wood fired brick oven you can just see in the picture above at the rear of the building.
Ut si is in the main street of Perth and has plenty of parking.
They recently also got a mention in the Gourmet Traveller 2012 Restaurant Guide.
Are you wondering now why you haven't been before?
The growers market is also soon to start up again in a couple of weeks at Ut si.
You may remember we had our produce at this venue last year.

  3. Tanya, the classes are a great idea and what a wonderful venue to hold them in.

    Any Cafe that has it's own vegie garden and chooks, gets my vote anyday I'm just sorry we didn't get to visit it while we were in Tassie.
