Working On Christmas

I was in a bit of a slump creatively and asked Lee (the Christmas Tree farmer) from Killiecrankie Farm what her thoughts were for some summer colours this year.
She suggested acidic greens and citrus colours and that was enough to inspire a new sewing session.

I have made a couple of lengths of mini bunting for Christmas tree trimming or mantle garlands.

And now I am working on some new hanging hearts.
I think these can be pulled out again for Australia Day too!
Zingy lime, sherbet green, lemon curd.

  4. WOW! How organised are you this year. Fantastic... and thanks for sewing the seed that perhaps I too should start at least thinking about the festive season before it snowballs out of control for me.

Loving your colour choices big time.
